Video pricing survey

We're doing another pricing survey today...

Background: Our current plan is to launch a video model to as many people as possible. However, depending on many factors we cannot predict, this could be risky. We could start losing money in a bad way or we could run out of servers so severely that we may be under-provisioned for video for months.
